The vast premises of Area 10 Project Space offer an ideal setting for performance based art forms. Past events have featured live art of virtually any kind: theatre, dance, cabaret, mime, and especially many cross-disciplinary experiments.
The varied spaces on site have provided venues for many extraordinary performances, both by emerging and internationally renowned performers.
Ongoing seasons of underground experimental performance evenings have taken place at Area 10; other events featured exquisite cross-overs between live art, installation, sculpture and new media.
Such events led to many collaborations. The formation of the troupe ‘Psychological Art Circus’, have had an ongoing residency at the space for the last two years and will perform next in Bogota, Colombia, as part of the 4th Latin Circus Convention.
